FTO

Fluorine doped tin oxide (FTO) glass that you can buy is provided by different companies:

Pilkington TEC Glass [specifications]

TEC 8 - Sheet resistance: 6 - 9 Ω/□
TEC 15 - Sheet resistance: 12 - 14 Ω/□

Nippon Sheet Glass [specifications]

NSG 11 (old NSG 10) - Sheet resistance: 11 - 13 Ω/□

Glass size: we cut glass at customized to our clients needs. Tolerance: standard ± 0.5 mmm fine ± 0.1 mm

ITO

Indium tin oxide (ITO) that you can buy from us can be cut at the size that the customers wish. Some frequently used sizes are 2 x 1.5 cm², 7 x 2.5 cm², 15 x 7.5 cm² or 30 x 30 cm².

ITO - Sheet resistance: <10 Ω/□, 1.1 mm thick

ITO orders are performed upon request and delivery time is 40 - 50 days.

PEN ITO

Laser Scribing

Xop Glass can perform patterning services by means of laser scribing technique. Lines, circles or any other figures can be drawn on the conductive side of the FTO glass to perform your device design.

Pattern lines can have different thicknesses as shown in the image. Thinnest line is around 0.120 mm thick. Resistance achieved at both sides of the lines are higher than 10 MΩ, even after sintering at 450 °C.
